Our requirements were simple; it had to be an iSeries^® based software that was easy to use, dependable, with proven support and would integrate well with our software. We found our solution by teaming up with Computer Keyes Inc. makers of Keyesmail software.

This email system comes with all the functionality that you expect from systems costing much more. The system will allow user control over all email operations. User’s can choose from a table of email addresses and contacts for each email. A cover sheet with room for additional comments can be added to any email before sending. The system comes with a complete history log of all activity including all successful and failed email attempts. This email system is outbound only.

Forms and Report Emailing
CSS has customized all our software modules to work with this email software giving you the ability to automatically email any system-generated report. We have enhanced our software to allow you to email copies of most system-generated forms including invoices, picking-tickets, customer statements, past due letters, purchase orders or any other form you may wish to setup. The system allows you the ability to scan in your existing forms or overlays to be used for emailing. Reports can be setup to automatically be emailed or copied to a list of user-defined contacts each time it is ran. All reports and forms are sent as a PDF attachment.

While the email software is not a CSS software product we have arranged to allow you to license the email software internally with our software as a complete package. CSS will install and setup all email software as part of our installation process at no additional charge. Email software maintenance can be purchased from Computer Keyes after the warranty period has expired.
