Many companies must weigh the advantages of having customized professional looking forms against the high cost of buying multiple part/custom pre-printed forms. CSS can give you the best of both worlds by designing you a professional looking custom form such as invoices, purchase orders, order conformations, customer statements or any other form you may need. CSS can design your forms to print on inexpensive standard blank copier paper using any graphics and overlays you wish to print. All that is required is a laser printer capable of IPDS printing. CSS can also add barcodes or other graphics you may need.

Custom Check Printing
CSS has implemented a feature that allows custom designed payroll or accounts payable checks to be printed on blank check stock. This process is much safer than having pre-printed checks lying around the office and will also save you a considerable amount of money not having to buy preprinted checks. This also means you can print checks from several different cash accounts at the same time without having to change checks in the printer. The system will print the bank routing information and micr codes along with all other information on the checks. A signature can be added to the overlay to provide automatic signatures if desired.
