CSS has been providing on-site support services for the iSeries^® and AS400^® marketplace for over twenty years. During that time, we have worked with many different companies and seen many different ways of doing things. We know what works and what doesn’t. On-Site Consulting
Whether you need a whole new software package or a shipping system to compliment your current software, CSS has extensive experience in designing and implementing new business solutions. We know what to look for and what questions to ask. Since we have over two hundred clients using our software, we have seen many different solutions to every day business problems. Let our experienced staff come up with a solution that best fits your needs. CSS can send one of our specialists to your location. We will analyze your current system, discuss what’s wrong and show you a complete demo of our software at that time.

Software Installation and Training
What good is new software if you don’t know how to use it? While you can certainly install and learn to use our software on your own, many companies find that the install and initial training process goes much quicker when CSS provides on-site training at the time of installation. CSS can train your people using proven techniques to make the learning process quicker and more productive. Customers purchasing more than three modules are encouraged to consider several days of on-site training. On-site installation and training is an optional service provided by CSS and is not required to purchase our software.


iSeries Installation and Setup
Need your new iSeries installed and setup? CSS has certified support people that will come on-site and configure your new iSeries for you. We can establish a connection with your network and Internet, setup communication lines, setup user profiles, setup printer configurations, install Client Access and anything else you need to make your new iSeries fully functional. iSeries Operating System Upgrades
If you need to upgrade your operating system or install the latest PTF’s from IBM^®, CSS can help. One of our certified support specialists will come on-site and do the installation for you. We can even do it on a weekend so you can minimize system downtime. If you have IBM hardware that needs to be installed we can do that as well.
