Sales Analysis reporting is one of the most critical measurement tools managers have to address the performance of products and marketing strategies. Accurate and prompt information is crucial for making good business decisions. Our sales analysis is designed to put the information you need at your fingertips when you need it.

Reports on Demand
This system will allow access to sales information as recent as the current days billing. Once the invoices for the day’s business are posted, the data is made available to the sales analysis system. Reports can be generated for any range of dates including the current day. Reports can be run for any period from one day to several years. There is no software limitation on the amount of history that is available to the system. Managers need not wait until a period is closed to get sales reporting for the current period.

Sales Inquires
Many times immediate information is needed but long reports are not desired. This system will allow access to specific sales information directly on the display. Users may view item sales, customer sales, customer category sales and more through a comprehensive set of inquiries. Each program will allow drill down from summary data to more detail information.

Report Writer
In addition to the available sales reports and inquiries, the system was written to work in conjunction with iSeries Query. All file definitions that are required are provided with the system. iSeries Query is designed to be user-friendly allowing non-technical persons to define and run sales reports without the need of a programmer.

Faxing, Emailing and Archiving
One of the best features of the sales analysis system is the ability to fully integrate with our other modules. Often times, important information such as sales and commission reports need to be quickly distributed to salesmen, managers or directors. By adding our faxing and email modules, you can get your information to the people that need it in a quick, efficient and secure manner. This integrated package provides the ability to email any S/A report generated by the system. It will be sent as a PDF attachment. You may also fax reports without leaving your desk. The archive system will allow you to automatically save reports such as month end sales journals to a folder on your iSeries that can be backed up in your nightly save routine.
